The Model 2700 is a versatile, highly configurable paging terminal with a robust architecture that delivers highly reliable service. The use of industry-standard hardware and software elements allows easy system maintenance and future expansion.

The user interface allows rapid system setup and configuration. The Model 2700 capabilities include: support for very large systems; e-mail paging; web based paging; internet networking; voicemail for every subscriber; and hot standby with synchronized databases.
The Model 2700 supports T1, E1, and analog telephony trunks.
