Model 24-11 Extended Local Remote Controller

Designed to extend base station radio operation for distances up to 300 feet, the 24-11 provides an economical solution for many applications. The 24-11 features internal voice amplification of Transmit audio. This ensures high quality audio reproduction over lengthy unconditioned lines. If the base station radio’s receive audio output is not sufficient, an optional audio amplifier (option 217) is available.

Operating features include:

– Telephone convenience: Compact, rugged phone style units offering handset privacy.
– High reliability: 100% solid state design. No mechanical relays.
– Operator indicator: An LED provides visual indication that the radio transmitter is being keyed.
– "Break/make ground": The 24-11 can be installed as either "make ground" or "break ground".

Model 24-10/24-15 Remote Controllers

The 24-10 telephone style DC Remote with handset and transistorized dynamic mic has become the workhorse of the industry. The Model 24-15 is designed and operates using identical specifications to the 24-10 with the additional feature of two-way compression over a 30db range. Both units use the same polarity and current configurations. Optional polarities and current adaption are available.

Operating features include:

Model 24-20 Tone Remote Controllers

IDA Tone Remotes are compatible with the industry standard sequential tone and single tone formats. The 24-20 Tone Remotes provide all functions necessary to operate a fixed location base station radio from a control point other than the radio itself. When operated in conjunction with the IDA 20-27 Tone Remote Adapter Panel, these units provide an economical yet sophisticated answer to base station control. The 24-20 Tone Remotes have proven themselves in installation after installation around the world.

– Two-way voice path separation: TX and RX audio are separately amplified and conditioned. The two paths are individually adjustable to provide a clear voice reproduction.
