DB809K & DB809M OMNI ANTENNAS 9 dBd GAIN, 806-960 MHz
These are omnidirectional antennas with similar gain, VSWR and frequency range. However, radiators of the DB809M are enclosed in a 2" (50.8 mm) OD radome, and of the DB809K in fiberglass, which resists high winds with very little tip deflection.

 Center-fed Design - Assures excellent patterns.
Broad Response - Models fulfill frequency requirements for conventional, trunked, paging and cellular communications.

Beamtilt - Electrical downtilt of 3� or 6 � is available on some models.
Sturdy Construction - In addition to the MTD fiberglass radome, the antennas have weather-resistant masts made of strong 6061-T6 aluminum alloy.
Very Rugged - Even DB809M antennas resist winds to 150 mph (240 kph) with 0.5" (12.7 mm) icing.
Reliable - Each antenna is tested for 500 watts power rating compliance and the absence of intermodulation generators.

Engineered to Last - All metals used in radiator, feed and matching systems are copper or brass, which minimizes galvanic reaction and reduces intermodulation.
Lightning Resistant - A DC ground is provided.
Moisture Resistant - Top and bottom removable drain plugs are provided.
Ordering Information - Use model number for correct frequency and options if desired. DB365-OS Mounting clamps and VAPOR-WRAP� are included. Order jumper cable separately, if desired.

For dual DB809 antennas add "D". Example: DB809DK-Y. Some models
can be pressurized.
For DB809 with a 2" (50.8 mm) reflector rod for 170� directional antenna,
substitute "S" for DB and add "R". Example: S809R-XC. For 3/4" (19 mm)
reflector rod for 200� 10 dB antenna, substitute "SR" for R.
Some models are available with downtilt. Add T3 for 3� or T6 for 6�. Example:
DB809MT6-XC. Some models are available with uptilt. Add U3 for 3� or U6
for 6�. Example: DB809MU6-XC.
Some models are available with Flange (add -F) or 7/16 DIN (add -E).
Note: DB809-X* is DSD design (806-901 MHz) for broad bandwidth.
DB809-Z spans the 851-941 MHz band.
