Designed for land and shore stations in severe environments, the DB616 omnidirectional antenna has its radiators enclosed in a Horizon Blue ^TM radome made of strong, one quarter inch thick Aeroglas® fiberglass, a Decibel exclusive for antennas. Aeroglas is also used for helicopter rotor blades, Olympic vaulters poles and racing sail boat masts. DB 616

Sturdy Construction - In addition to an Aeroglas radome, the antenna has a weather resistant, gold iridited support pipe made of 6061-T6 aluminum alloys.
Engineered to Last - All metals used in radiator, feed and matching systems are copper or brass, which minimizes galvanic reaction and reduces intermodulation.
Lightning Resistant - A DC ground is provided.
Moisture Resistant - The bottom cap has a moisture-sealed bulkhead UHF connector, and drain plugs at the top and bottom provide drainage in upright or inverted positions.
Ready to Install - A DB5087-3 No-Torsion Mount and Vapor-Wrap® are provided for easy installation.

Use model number for correct frequency. Order DB616-AB for VHF marine frequency range. Clamps are included. Side mount outrigger 550045-616 10' (3048 mm) optional. Order jumper cable separately, if desired.
