PD207 Cardioid Antenna is a high band antenna that produces a 3.0 dB forward gain and 20.0 dBd front-to-back ratio.
The director and radials are made of high strength aluminum.
The antenna shows a DC open circuit between the inner conductor of the flexible extension and the radiating element.
The antenna makes use of a driven director to obtain its gain and directivity. Therefore it is capable of more consistent performance than if based on parasitic principles alone.
