This antenna is designed to ensure consistent gain and impedance over the entire frequency band of 1850-1990 MHz. The radiating elements are made of copper and enclosed in a weatherproof, low-loss, fiberglass housing. The base of the antenna is a die-cast aluminum support. The antenna base permits the antenna to be top-mounted with the cable inside the support pipe. Alternately, the antenna can be side mounted with the cable running along the outside of the support pipe. Each antenna can also be mounted inverted using the supplied hardware screws (read instructions before mounting).
